The house is coming along amazingly....they're gonna start painting this week!

Drywalling is done, the deck has been expanded, the retaining wall in front of the house is done. I was amazed to see what had been built.

Downstairs! Yes, looks a LOT different than before...10ft ceilings downstairs.
Downstairs - this doesn't look ANYTHING like the last house. 10ft ceilings, 2 bedrooms, full bath, kitchenette, fully self-contained.

The new deck feels WAY higher up in the air (and I guess it probably is because of the 10 foot ceilings downstairs.) The lack of trees make everything way more visible. Gibeault's (2 houses down) is really taking shape, and Bellringer's foundation is underway.
